Return and Exchange Policy

Under this policy, we guarantee:

To deliver high-quality handmade products in a timely manner. We strive to ship the purchased order within 3-4 business days of being received by us.

From time to time things can go wrong and mistakes can happen, which is very upsetting to us and we take it to heart if our product does not meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch and let us know. We appreciate feedback from our customers and we are always looking to improve our products. We will be very happy to assist you Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM Mountain Time.

 

Exchanges

Bracelet or ring not the right size? No problem!

If you received our jewelry and it doesn’t fit well, please fill out our Exchange Request Form.

We are happy to exchange your bracelet or ring for the same style in a different size. Once you have completed the Exchange Request Form, additional info will be provided. Please email us if you have any additional questions at retuned@retunedjewelry.com

What is covered under our policy?

Our policy covers the aspects of our business that we have direct control over and does not cover the actions or products of third parties.

Our policy does NOT include:

  • Returns for full refunds for any reason other than a quality issue. If for any reason you wish to return product, we are willing to offer 25% of the paid cost within 30 days of purchase. Limited Edition items do not qualify for returns of any kind due to the nature of the product. See Refund Process below. 
  • Delivery times - as these are fulfilled by a courier. We can only provide you with an estimated delivery date which is an indication of when you should expect your order, but not a guarantee.
  • Delivery if an incomplete or incorrect delivery address is entered.
  • A delivery that is refused by the recipient or if multiple delivery attempts are made unsuccessfully.
  • Delays or damages in transit.
  • Delays in sending an order if we have contacted the purchaser and are waiting for a response.

 

Our refund policy:

We will not reimburse for lost or stolen packages that have Proof of Delivery.

If your order has arrived damaged we will replace it with a duplicate of the damaged product. We require a photo to clarify the condition of your order.

If the quality of the product you received is not satisfactory, we will refund you the full amount or offer a replacement at our discretion. We require a photo to clarify the issue and may also ask that you ship back the product(s) to us. Retuned Jewelry does not reimburse for return shipping costs on the product(s) being returned.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by email  within 14 days of receiving your order. We work hard to respond to your requests within 1 business day and we will do everything possible to assist you.

 

Refund Process

Any returned product must be in its original unworn condition and packaging. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us prior to shipping anything.

To return your product for a 50% refund, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If items are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund after approval.
