I bought this in September and have not taken it off yet! It’s beautiful and goes with everything. And there are no signs of wear or tarnishing! Such a unique piece! 10/10 recommend!

Love the bracelet question ? do you make it in complete stainless steel ? The only problem I have with it is, over time They start to Rust
With the strings all being used, we have no way of knowing what metal each one is made from. We do have care isntructions available as part of our FAQ. We suggest using an all purpose or metal cleaner on our jewelry. Bar Keepers Friend makes a great spray which we use to clean the strings and will take care of any surface rust that may develop. We also recommend taking our bracelets off for bathing, showering or swimming.
I love my new bracelet, it's so unique and love that all the products are from refurbished musical instruments. They are an excellent quality and classy and a little edgy.

These earrings are unique both in design and color of stone.
I LOVE the necklace, the problem is that unless you are sitting still and never bend over while wearing it it easily sides out of the circle and can fall off your neck. I have tried looping it around twice and that helps but I’m constantly fiddling with it because it doesn’t stay where I want it. It ends up being a choker when I want it to be lower on my neck.
I love the design of the piece, however one if the bass strings seems longer than the other causing the bracelet to twist and sit in a manner I don't like.

Love the design…just wish the clasp was easier to use. I cannot get the bracelet clasp to release.
Sorry you're having trouble. Generally, what we find is people are unaware of exactly where to press on the button and try to press the entire thing. You need to press the very end of the button as it is actually a lever, Please look at the topic 'How does the clasp work?' in our FAQ.
