I love is I do all of your jewelry, I own several pieces. But I confused as to why there is a clasp on it. Depending on how you wear it the clasp affects the way it hangs on the neck, creates an unbalance. None the less I still love it. Can't wait for your future offerings. Thanks

My only suggestion is that when you place them in a box for sale, put them in a more cylindrical shape. Mine is bent & doubt that the small kink will relax. Will see.

I bought my mixed metal bracelet with silver and gold at the blues from the top event in Winter Park, Colorado. I’d love the fact that it was recycled guitar strings, which may have played blues music and brought joy too many. My wrist is very small and it was nice to have a bracelet that fits it perfectly. It also complements my diamond tennis bracelet. I haven’t taken it off since and it doesn’t bother me at all. It has become my new favorite bracelet.

This is about the 7th item I've purchased or received from Retuned so obviously I am a fan of their jewelry having discovered them many years ago at a booth in Grand Lake, CO at the time. I bought this bracelet for myself due to the color and style and it's my 4th bracelet purchase. I've overall very satisfied with this purchase other than the shape appears to be slightly less round, almost bent compared to my other 3 so it fits my wrist differently than the rest. It was shipped in a box so I don't think it could have gotten damaged in transit so it's just strange that it doesn't appear to be the same shape as I'm used to. I'm not concerned enough to return it but if I'm ever able to find them again at a show, I might consider exchanging it. I do love what they create and sell and find their pricing to be more reasonable than most. Keep up the good work.

I loved my bracelet. I only wore it for 3 days because of the clasp design, I layed my wrist down and the clasp opened. I didn’t realize it and it fell off somehow so I don’t have it any longer. I’m super sad about it!!
